1. Online service delivery
NCLEX tutoring, office hours, and bundle services are delivered online. After purchase or confirmed booking, students receive scheduling or access instructions by email.
2. Tutoring sessions
Tutoring sessions are delivered at the scheduled date and time through the selected online meeting platform. Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, audio access, and the correct meeting link.
3. Membership access
Membership access instructions are typically provided after payment confirmation. Access may include office hour details, resource directions, and study support information depending on the plan purchased.
4. Digital resources
Digital resource access may be delivered by email, download link, member page, or learning platform. Some resources may be released in stages based on the purchased plan.
5. Failed delivery or access issues
If you do not receive access instructions, contact info@nclextutor.net with your name, purchase email, and the service purchased.
