Refund Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026. Customize these refund terms to match your exact Stripe checkout, subscription, and scheduling process.
1. Tutoring session refunds
Students may request to reschedule or cancel a tutoring session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Refund approval depends on whether the session has already been delivered, missed, or rescheduled.
2. Late cancellation and no-show policy
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be non-refundable. If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session may be marked as completed.
3. Membership cancellation
Monthly membership can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period if membership access or office hour support has already been made available.
4. Digital resources and bundle access
Digital resources, study materials, and bundle access may be non-refundable once access has been delivered. If a bundle includes both tutoring and digital access, refund eligibility may be calculated based on what has already been delivered.
5. Duplicate payments
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, contact support as soon as possible. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded after review.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@nclextutor.net with your name, payment email, service purchased, session date if applicable, and reason for the request.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted through the payment processor. Bank or card issuer processing times may vary.
