1. Educational purpose

NCLEX Tutor provides educational tutoring, study support, and exam preparation guidance for nursing students. Services are not a guarantee of passing NCLEX, course exams, predictor exams, or any licensing examination.

2. Student responsibilities

Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing assigned study tasks, reviewing official exam information, following school or board requirements, and using tutoring guidance ethically.

3. Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled based on tutor availability. Students should arrive on time and provide accurate contact information. Missed sessions, late arrivals, and rescheduling requests are handled according to the Refund Policy.

4. Membership access

Membership access may include office hours, study support, resource direction, and group learning support. Membership benefits may vary based on the final plan purchased.

5. Payments

All prices should be reviewed before checkout. If Stripe or another payment processor is enabled, customers must provide accurate billing information and agree to the applicable payment terms.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, tutoring materials, study guides, resources, graphics, and session materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. No medical advice

Content is for nursing education and exam preparation only. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or a replacement for official nursing board, school, or healthcare institution requirements.
